The Rock’s Website is LIVE!
It has been an incredible journey thus far and our Squamish Now, pre-launch website, has served us very well. We first launched the Squamish Now website last September, 2008 as a resource for our prayer partners and churches for sharing the vision that the Lord was putting on our hearts for Squamish.
In these past 10 months the website has had thousands of visitors and we have seen over 100 men and women join our prayer partner team, several people contact us regarding joining our core group, young men and women inquire about joining Matt and his discipleship training team, a few committing to come to Squamish and so much more.
So, it is today that we launch our new website for the church that has been born out of prayer, patience, steadfastness and oh yeah, more than a little love—The Rock Church website is live!
Thanks to all of you who have contributed to getting us to this point in the life of a new church, especially those who have accepted the call to join with us on this journey of following our missional and incarnational Savior on His mission—to seek and save the lost in Squamish.

You are an inspiration Glenn!!! Just what Squamish needs…an ambassador for Christ that exudes a passionate response of love to all he meets.
I just listened to your post on Sir Ken Robinson’s TED Talk on the problems with our current education system. I couldn’t help but draw many identical commonalities to Christianity and the way we do “church”.
One of the greatest failings of the modern Christian Church, particularly its Evangelical branch, is a wholesale distrust of creative people. We love our doers, our teachers, and our pastors, but someone who creates artworks we may not immediately grasp or who has creative, nontraditional ideas about how to solve pressing church issues gets the evil eye from us. As a result, we’ve driven too many of these folks out of our churches at a time when we desperately need them to help us address needs within the Body in a more proactive way.
Each one of us is uniquely gifted to serve the Lord.
You are a blessing…keep letting the love of the Lord shine through you.
