Matthew: The King is Crowned 3:13-17

In this week’s message podcast we continue our study in the Gospel of Matthew from verses 3:13-17.

The first two chapters of Matthew’s Gospel have been the introduction to the King of the Jews, the Messiah, Jesus Christ into this world. After a gap of some 28 years chapter 3 begins with the introduction to the man whom Jesus called the greatest man alive to that time—John the Baptizer.

This week we see the first appearance of the one for whom John was preparing the way—Jesus of Nazareth, The King is Crowned!
