The apostle Paul arrives at a point in his letter to the Gentile believers in Galatia where he needs to remind them of what they have been saved from. They were pagans. They worshipped gods that were not gods at all. Then they met Jesus. Paul's question? Why would you ever become slaves again to gods who are not gods at all?
