Advent: The Heart of Christmas • Part I, John 1:1-18, December 3, 2023

Today we begin our Annual Advent Series this year entitled—The Heart of Christmas. For the next 3 weeks, as we prepare to celebrate the incarnation of the Son of God, Jesus Christ, we'll look at the Heart of God The Father at the first Christmas this Sunday, followed by the Heart of Christ and The Holy Spirit over the next two weeks. The Trinity was fully involved from the foundation of the world and in the coming of Christ which we believe will be a blessing to see.

1 Timothy: Godly Contentment, 6:1-10, November 19, 2023

This Sunday, we continue our series in 1 Timothy—Living in Our Father's House. This week we begin the final chapter of Paul's letter to young pastor Timothy. The final chapter begins more teaching and encouragement on family relationships plus very encouraging words about where we find lasting contentment in our lives. Join us as we consider Paul's words to Timothy, the church in Ephesus and today!

1 Timothy: Honour vs. Dishonour, 5:17-25, November 12, 2023

This Sunday we continue our series in 1 Timothy—Living in Our Father's House. This week pastor Glenn take us through the conclusion of chapter 5 where we read the apostle Paul's instructions to Timothy on how the church is to 'double honour' their elders, especially those who labour in the preaching and teaching of the word. He adds instructions on how to deal with elders whose leadership is called into question due to unrepentant sin.

1 Timothy: Family First, 5:1-16, November 5, 2023

This Sunday we continue our series in 1 Timothy—Living in Our Father's House. This week pastor Glenn will take us into chapter 5 where we read the apostle Paul's instructions to Timothy on how we, as brothers and sisters, ought to behave in the household of God which is the church. How younger men should treat older men, younger women likewise in their relationships with older women and also there's the subject of caring for widows.

1 Timothy: Stay Focused, 4:6-16, October 29, 2023

This Sunday, we continue our series in 1 Timothy—Living in Our Father's House. This week pastor Glenn will take us into the balance of chapter 4 to consider the words of wisdom from the apostle Paul for his young protege Timothy. 1 & 2 Timothy, as well as Titus are called the Pastoral Epistles for good reason. They're wise counsel for every pastor who is charged with shepherding the flock.

1 Timothy: Women Are in The Church! 2:8-15, October 1, 2023

This Sunday, we continue our series in 1 Timothy—Living in Our Father's House. This week pastor Glenn returns to take us into one of the more controversial passages in Paul's letter to Timothy and the church in that day. It's controversial mostly because of the day that we live in, however, it was equally controversial in the day it was written, but for very different and interesting reasons.

1 Timothy: Remain and Stay True, 1:1-11, September 10, 2023

This Sunday as we launch into a new ministry season we begin a 12-Week Series in 1 Timothy. Known as the Pastoral Epistles, 1 & 2 Timothy and Titus, these letters are the apostle Paul's instructions to his two young proteges and appointed pastors in Ephesus and Crete. They also form the foundation for how we are to Live in Our Father's House—the Church! Join us as we dive into 1 Timothy 1:1-11 the introduction to Paul’s letter to his true son in the faith, Timothy.

The Church: Growing Up, Ephesians 4:11-16, September 3, 2023

This Sunday, as we prepare for the launch of a new ministry season and a new 12-Week Series in 1 Timothy, pastor Glenn will take us through Ephesians 4:11-16 and a one-time message titled—Growing Up! Packaged within Paul's teaching regarding the gifted persons that Jesus gives to the church is their job description, which is to help us all mature in our faith and walk, to grow up into Christ. We hope you will join us for another great morning as we worship our God & Saviour together in fellowship, song and Word!

Reflections: Praise & Worship, Psalm 150, August 27, 2023

This Sunday, we continue our Summer Series—Reflections in the Psalms. This week pastor Glenn concludes our summer series in the Psalms. Having started us off with Psalm 1 in early July, he will take us through Psalm 150, the last of the Psalms. Psalm 150 is David's anthem to the people of God to sing our praises to Him with all we've got. We hope you will join us for another great morning as we worship our God & Saviour together in fellowship, song and Word!

Reflections: The Lord is My Shepherd, Psalm 23, August 20, 2023

This Sunday we continue our Summer Series—Reflections in the Psalms. This week pastor Glenn returns from vacation and a few more weeks of prep time for this fall to take us into what is likely the most famous or popular of all the Psalms. Any guesses? Well, as a hint it's often quoted at a funeral or Celebration of Life which is appropriate in one sense, but its meaning and application goes well beyond that meaningful life event. We hope you will join us for another great morning as we worship together in fellowship, song and word!

Reflections: God’s Umbrella of Protection, Psalm 91, August 13, 2023

We continue our Summer Series—Reflections in the Psalms. This week we welcome one of our Elders, Kevin Cooper, to bring the message. Kevin will be preaching from Psalm 91 which is one of several Psalms where the author's name is not mentioned. In Psalm 91 we are once again reminded of God's protection, refuge, and trustworthiness. We hope you will join us for another great morning as we worship together in fellowship, song and word!

Reflections: Avoiding the Comparison Trap, Psalm 73, August 6, 2023

We continue our Summer Series—Reflections in the Psalms. This week we welcome guest speaker, Jon Morrison, from Northview Community Church in Abbotsford. Jon will be preaching from Psalm 73 which is written by Asaph a well known worship leader and Levite appointed by King David. He takes to a familiar theme in the Psalms—trusting God. We hope you will join us for another great morning as we worship together in fellowship, song and word!
